OUR PHILOSOPHY: God has designed all humanity and creation. All is most effective when following the Creator’s magnificent design.
OUR FOUNDATION: We start with the essential elements of God’s design as detailed in the Biblical scriptures.
OUR TOOLS: We apply biblical principles and integrate the insights from Clifton strengths that align with these principles.
OUR PURPOSE: We work to impact our world by helping others appreciate the wonder and experience the power – of God’s magnificent design.
A Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach and a Prepare/Enrich-Certified Facilitator, Jennifer has developed her strengths through training in Secondary Education (BSEd from Baylor University), Educational Psychology (MSEd from Baylor University), and counseling (LPC).
She draws on her extensive experience in the public, private, and home school arenas as a teacher, guidance counselor, and administrator. She has worked with students, parents, educators, and organizations. Passionate about helping people, teams, and organizations discover where they excel and how they can focus those strengths to accomplish their goals, she serves as a powerful ally.
With her gift for seeing what is unique in each individual and her drive for excellence, Jennifer effectively coaches others to maximize their potential.

A Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach and a Prepare/Enrich-Certified Facilitator with training and service in Pastoral Ministries (ThM from DTS), skill as a teacher, and problem-solving experience in the corporate world, Dave has a knack for grasping complex concepts and explaining them in a way everyone can understand. Excellent at instilling the confidence to get things done, he encourages others to overcome fears and pursue dreams.
He longs to weave men and women together into purposeful communities that appreciate and build on the strengths of each individual.
